目的：观察康惠尔泡沫敷料在食管癌围手术期皮肤压疮的预防效果。方法：选择2012年1月～2012年12月在胸外科有发生压疮危险的患者60例，随机分组为观察组和对照组，每组30例，观察组于术前在骶尾部皮肤受压处贴泡沫敷料。对照组按常规处理，于术前在受压部位垫海绵垫。观察两组患者骶尾部皮肤压疮的发生率及舒适度。结果：观察组患者皮肤情况明显优于对照组，差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：泡沫敷料在食管癌围手术期预防皮肤压疮有明显效果，值得临床使用。
목적：관찰강혜이포말부료재식관암위수술기피부압창적예방효과。방법：선택2012년1월～2012년12월재흉외과유발생압창위험적환자60례，수궤분조위관찰조화대조조，매조30례，관찰조우술전재저미부피부수압처첩포말부료。대조조안상규처리，우술전재수압부위점해면점。관찰량조환자저미부피부압창적발생솔급서괄도。결과：관찰조환자피부정황명현우우대조조，차이구유통계학의의(P＜0.05)。결론：포말부료재식관암위수술기예방피부압창유명현효과，치득림상사용。
Objective:To observe the efficacy of foam dressing in preventing of perioperative period pressure scores in esophageal cancer patients. Methods:A total of 60 esophageal cancer patients were randomized into control and the experiment group. The experiment group of 30 patients received Kanghuier foam dressing while the control group was applied with ordinary sterile gauze. We observe and compare the pressure of the sacrococcygeal skin and the incident of pressure score between the two groups. Results: The skin of the esophageal cancer patients of experiment groups was significant better than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: Kanghuier foam dressing can effectively reduce skin redness. It is worth for clinical promotion and application.
