目的：探讨Onyx-18介入栓塞治疗脑动静脉畸形的应用价值。方法：回顾性分析15例采用Onyx-18血管内栓塞治疗的脑动静脉畸形患者的临床资料,对栓塞结果进行分析,总结经验。结果：15例患者中,畸形血管团栓塞60％以上13例,其中8例治愈性栓塞,60％以下2例。15例中1例患者于术中颅内出血。5例术后3个月复查,其中1例复发。结论：Onyx-18是目前治疗脑动静脉畸形较为理想的栓塞材料,能提高血管内栓塞安全性。
목적：탐토Onyx-18개입전새치료뇌동정맥기형적응용개치。방법：회고성분석15례채용Onyx-18혈관내전새치료적뇌동정맥기형환자적림상자료,대전새결과진행분석,총결경험。결과：15례환자중,기형혈관단전새60％이상13례,기중8례치유성전새,60％이하2례。15례중1례환자우술중로내출혈。5례술후3개월복사,기중1례복발。결론：Onyx-18시목전치료뇌동정맥기형교위이상적전새재료,능제고혈관내전새안전성。
Objective:To explore applied value of embolic treatment for cerebral arteriovenous malformation with Onyx-18 glue. Methods:Retrospectively analyzed the clinical data of 15 cases of cerebral arteriovenous malformation were embolismed with Onyx-18. Analyzed the out come sumed up experience. Results:In 15 patients, vascular malformation embolization up to 60%of 13 cases, including 8 cases of embolized completely, less than 60%of 2 cases. Intracerebral hemarrhage was complicated in one case during the operation. 3 months later,5 cases reviewed, 1 case of recurrence. Conclusion:Onyx-18 is ideal embolic material of cerebral arteriovenous malformation, can enhance security of embolization.
