目的：探讨了抗生素联合中药盆腔消炎汤治疗慢性盆腔炎的临床疗效。方法：82例慢性盆腔炎患者随机分为研究组82例40例和对照组42例。两组患者均采用抗生素治疗，研究组患者在此基础上加用中药盆腔消炎汤口服治疗。结果：研究组患者治愈率和总有效率明显高于对照组，数据经统计学比较具有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论：中药联合抗生素用药，一方面可有效改善盆腔内血液循环、代谢及内环境，促进炎症的消除和活血化瘀，另一方面也有利于松解粘连，增强盆腔组织对各类药物成份的吸收，从而大大提高临床治疗效果。
목적：탐토료항생소연합중약분강소염탕치료만성분강염적림상료효。방법：82례만성분강염환자수궤분위연구조82례40례화대조조42례。량조환자균채용항생소치료，연구조환자재차기출상가용중약분강소염탕구복치료。결과：연구조환자치유솔화총유효솔명현고우대조조，수거경통계학비교구유현저차이(P<0.05)。결론：중약연합항생소용약，일방면가유효개선분강내혈액순배、대사급내배경，촉진염증적소제화활혈화어，령일방면야유리우송해점련，증강분강조직대각류약물성빈적흡수，종이대대제고림상치료효과。
Objective:To investigate the antibiotic combined with traditional Chinese medicine pelvic anti-inflammatory soup clinical efficacy for the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease. Methods:82 cases of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease were randomly divided into 42 cases of 40 cases and a control group of 82 cases of the study group. All patients were treated with antibiotics, patients of the study group on this basis plus oral treatment with Chinese medicine pelvic anti-inflammatory soup. Results:The study group patients cure rate and total effective rate was significantly higher than that in the control group, the data were statistically significant difference (P<0.05). Conclusion:Chinese medicine and antibiotic medication, on the one hand, can effectively improve the pelvic blood circulation, metabolism, and within the environment, and promote the elimination of inflammation and blood circulation, on the other hand also conducive to the release adhesions, enhance pelvic tissue of various pharmaceutical ingredientsabsorption, thus greatly improving clinical outcomes.
