目的：探讨125I粒子立体种植联合化疗在晚期肺癌中的疗效。方法：选取2011年5月~2012年3月于本院采用125I粒子立体种植联合化疗进行治疗的35例晚期肺癌患者为观察组,同期单纯进行化疗的35例患者为对照组,将两组患者治疗1、3、6个月的总有效率、不良反应发生率及治疗前后的血清肿瘤标志物进行比较。结果：观察组治疗1、3、6个月的总有效率均高于对照组,其血清肿瘤标志物也低于对照组,P均＜0.05,均有显著性差异,而两组不良反应发生率无显著性差异,P>0.05。结论：125I粒子立体种植联合化疗在晚期肺癌中的疗效较好,可更为有效地控制疾病。
목적：탐토125I입자입체충식연합화료재만기폐암중적료효。방법：선취2011년5월~2012년3월우본원채용125I입자입체충식연합화료진행치료적35례만기폐암환자위관찰조,동기단순진행화료적35례환자위대조조,장량조환자치료1、3、6개월적총유효솔、불량반응발생솔급치료전후적혈청종류표지물진행비교。결과：관찰조치료1、3、6개월적총유효솔균고우대조조,기혈청종류표지물야저우대조조,P균＜0.05,균유현저성차이,이량조불량반응발생솔무현저성차이,P>0.05。결론：125I입자입체충식연합화료재만기폐암중적료효교호,가경위유효지공제질병。
Objective: To study the effect of 125I seeds implantation combined with chemotherapy in advanced lung cancer. Methods:35 patients with advanced lung cancer who were treated with 125I seeds implantation combined with chemotherapy in our hospital from May 2011 to March 2012 were selected as observation group, and 35 patients with only chemotherapy at the same time were selected as control group, then the total effective rate at first, second and sixth month and serum tumor markers before and after the treatment of two groups were compared. Results:The total effective rates at first, second and sixth month of observation group were all higher than those of control group, serum tumor markers were lower than those of control group, all P<0.05, there were all significant differences, while the adverse reaction rate of two groups had no significant differences, P>0.05. Conclusion:The effect of 125I seeds implantation combined with chemotherapy in advanced lung cancer is better,and it can effectively control the disease.
