目的：观察老年膝关节退行性骨关节炎的关节置换手术时机选择和疗效。方法：选取我院骨科在2009年11月至2012年11月来医治的150例老年膝关节退行性骨关节炎患者。按照年龄将他们划分为三组,60～70岁的50例患者作为A组,71～75岁的50例患者作为B组,76～80岁的50例患者作为C组。在手术前及进行关节置换手术后的6周、6个月、12个月,对这些患者的恢复状况进行功能性及症状上的评价。结果：A组100例患者手术前平均骨关节炎的指数评分(WOMAC)为95.6分,B组为97.4分,C组为96.2分。手术后,A组100例患者的WOMAC评分平均降低了25分,B组减少了38分,C组则只减少了12分,可以发现,这两三患者在手术后的WOMAC评分有着显著的差异(P<0.05)。其中B组患者症状得到有效地改善,C组患者改善程度最低。结论：不同年龄阶段的老年患者在进行膝关节退行性骨关节炎的关节置换手术的疗效不一样,其中71～75岁老年患者进行该手术的效果最佳。
