目的:探讨男性冠心病患者中代谢综合征(MS)的发病情况,分析此类患者的临床特征和病变特点。方法:回顾性分析我院疑诊冠心病的108例男性患者的临床资料,均行冠状动脉造影术,比较合并与不合并MS冠心病患者的临床资料和冠脉病变情况。结果:冠心病男性患者有34.7%合并MS,54.7%的MS患者合并有冠心病;男性冠心病患者中MS组的体质指数、空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖、总胆固醇、甘油三脂水平高于非MS组,高密度脂蛋白胆固醇低于非MS组,低密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平与非MS组无差异。MS组冠状动脉多支和重度病变的发生率及Gensini积分均高于非MS组。结论:合并代谢综合征的男性冠心病患者,存在严重的糖脂代谢紊乱,冠脉病变程度较重,严重危害患者的身体健康。

목적:탐토남성관심병환자중대사종합정(MS)적발병정황,분석차류환자적림상특정화병변특점。방법:회고성분석아원의진관심병적108례남성환자적림상자료,균행관상동맥조영술,비교합병여불합병MS관심병환자적림상자료화관맥병변정황。결과:관심병남성환자유34.7%합병MS,54.7%적MS환자합병유관심병;남성관심병환자중MS조적체질지수、공복혈당、찬후2h혈당、총담고순、감유삼지수평고우비MS조,고밀도지단백담고순저우비MS조,저밀도지단백담고순수평여비MS조무차이。MS조관상동맥다지화중도병변적발생솔급Gensini적분균고우비MS조。결론:합병대사종합정적남성관심병환자,존재엄중적당지대사문란,관맥병변정도교중,엄중위해환자적신체건강。
Objective:To explore the prevalence of metabolic syndrome(MS) in male patients with coronary heart disease, and analyze the clinical characteristics of the patients and lesion characteristics. Methods:To analyze retrospective the clinical data of 108 male patients in our hospital with suspected coronary artery disease underwent coronary angiography, compare mergers and not merger of the MS clinical data of patients with coronary heart disease and coronary artery lesions. Results:34.7%of the male patients of coronary heart disease consolidated with MS, 54.7%of the male patients of MS consolidated with coronary heart disease. In male patients with coronary heart disease, body mass index, fasting glucose, 2h postprandial blood glucose, total cholesterol, triglyceride levels of MS group were significantly higher than the non-MS group, the level of high-density lipoprotein cholesterol was significantly lower than the non-MS group, and there was no significantly difference of low-density lipoprotein cholesterol between the two groups. Incidence of multi vessel and coronary severe lesions and Gensini scores of MS group were significantly higher than the non-MS group. Conclusion:Male patients with coronary heart disease merger with metabolic syndrome have severe lipid disorders, severe coronary lesions and serious harm to the physical health of the patients.
