应用ANSYS有限元软件对减压塔大开孔结构建立力学模型,并采用特征值、几何非线性以及几何/材料双非线性屈曲分析技术对其在管道弯矩和外压共同作用下的稳定性进行分析。在此基础上,利用ANSYS软件提供的参数化设计语言APDL编写筒体开孔结构稳定性全自动化分析程序,对其在不同弯矩组合下的临界载荷进行分析比较后,最终确定结构的临界外压,并按照JB 4732-1995《钢制压力容器---分析设计标准》对其进行稳定性评定。

The mechanical model of the vacuum tower with large opening had been made by means of the finite element of ANSYS structure analysis software ,and the stability of it subjected to external press and pipe bending moment was studied by the methods of eigenvalue ,geometry nonlinear and geometry -mate-rial nonlinear buckling analysis .Based on it,a commonly used automatic analysis program written by AN-SYS parametric design language for cylinder with opening was performed .Through the comparison of the results with different bending moment ,the critical external pressure of the structure was obtained .Further-more,the stability had been evaluated according to analysis standard JB 4732-1995“Steel Pressure Ves-sel---Design by Analysis”.
