为提高板式换热器对工况的适应能力,对两种不同倾角波纹板片组成的板式换热器进行研究。通过数值模拟,分析了热混合板式换热器单流道模型换热和阻力的情况,并结合场协同理论和火积耗散理论分析热混合板式换热器的综合性能。结果表明:随着入口Re的增大,压降和Nu逐渐上升,场协同数Fc逐渐降低。利用约束的平均协同角更能体现协同性随Re的变化规律。火积传递效率随Re的增大呈现震荡降低的趋势,硬板组合的传递效率要高于软板组合。在Re为1600时, Nu和压降随上壁面倾角βt的增大而增大,粘性耗散随着βt呈现先增大、后减小的趋势,且在上下倾角之和为100°时取得极大值。

In order to improve adaption to the operating conditions of plate heat exchanger ,the thermal hy-brid plate heat exchanger made up of two different plates with different values of the corrugation inclina -tion angle was investigated .Numerical simulation was conducted to investigate heat transfer performance and pressure drop characteristics of the chevron plate heat exchanger .The field synergy and entransy theo-ry was adopted to analyze the comprehensive performance of thermal hybrid plate heat exchanger .The re-sults showed that pressure drop and Nu increased with the increasing of Re,while the synergy number Fc decreased .Absolute synergy angle could reflect the relationship between synergy and Re better than syner-gy angle .The entransy transfer efficiency of high plate was bigger than low plate ,which decreased irregu-larly with the increasing of Re.Pressure drop and Nu increased with the increasing of corrugation inclina-tion angle of up plate βt .With the increasing of βt ,viscous dissipation increased firstly ,decreased after-wards,it reached its maximum when the sum of corrugation inclination angle of up plate and down plate was 100 °.
