目的评价持续质量改进在综合性介入手术室医院感染防控中的作用。方法健全制度，建立持续质量控制小组，查找存在的院内感染隐患，进行持续的质量改进，对持续质量改进前、后的洗手知识掌握正确率、手术器械清洗质量及各项质控指标达标率进行比较分析。结果通过持续质量改进，手卫生相关知识掌握正确率、手术器械交供应室集中清洗合格率、各项质控指标达标率均较持续质量改进前有所提高，且差异具有统计学意义。结论持续质量改进能有效预防综合介入手术室医院感染的发生。
목적평개지속질량개진재종합성개입수술실의원감염방공중적작용。방법건전제도，건립지속질량공제소조，사조존재적원내감염은환，진행지속적질량개진，대지속질량개진전、후적세수지식장악정학솔、수술기계청세질량급각항질공지표체표솔진행비교분석。결과통과지속질량개진，수위생상관지식장악정학솔、수술기계교공응실집중청세합격솔、각항질공지표체표솔균교지속질량개진전유소제고，차차이구유통계학의의。결론지속질량개진능유효예방종합개입수술실의원감염적발생。
Objective To evaluate the roles played by continuous quality improvement in the infection pre-vention and control in comprehensive intervention in the operating room .Methods To compare and ana-lyze the data of quality control in the pre-and post-phase of continuous quality improvement .T he measures of continuous quality improvement include strengthening ,systems building ,establishing the sustainable quality control teams and detecting the hidden infection in hospital .Results Through continuous quality improvement ,the correct knowledge of hand washing is better acquired and publicized ,the cleaning quali-ty of surgical instruments is improved and all other items of quality control are enhanced .Conclusion Continuous quality improvement can effectively prevent the hospital infection in the comprehensive inter-vention in the operation room .
