目的探讨子宫肌瘤切除术后足月妊娠与肌瘤复发的关系。方法对2007年5月-2009年9月于新疆医科大学第一附属医院接受子宫肌瘤切除术且年龄＜40岁的患者84例进行随访。结果84例患者中9例（10．7％）失访，75例患者平均随访（3．0±0．7）a。24例子宫肌瘤复发，复发率为32．0％。无复发生存曲线提示术后无足月妊娠史的患者子宫肌瘤复发率高于术后有足月妊娠史的患者（P ＝0．02）。有足月妊娠史的患者复发肌瘤最大直径明显大于无足月妊娠史的患者（ P ＝0．001）。多因素分析结果示子宫肌瘤数目是复发的独立危险因素（ P ＝0．003）。结论肌瘤数目是复发的最重要因素，妊娠分娩不增加复发，但是足月妊娠会增加复发肌瘤的直径，可能会使复发患者更倾向于需要接受进一步的治疗。
목적탐토자궁기류절제술후족월임신여기류복발적관계。방법대2007년5월-2009년9월우신강의과대학제일부속의원접수자궁기류절제술차년령＜40세적환자84례진행수방。결과84례환자중9례（10．7％）실방，75례환자평균수방（3．0±0．7）a。24례자궁기류복발，복발솔위32．0％。무복발생존곡선제시술후무족월임신사적환자자궁기류복발솔고우술후유족월임신사적환자（P ＝0．02）。유족월임신사적환자복발기류최대직경명현대우무족월임신사적환자（ P ＝0．001）。다인소분석결과시자궁기류수목시복발적독립위험인소（ P ＝0．003）。결론기류수목시복발적최중요인소，임신분면불증가복발，단시족월임신회증가복발기류적직경，가능회사복발환자경경향우수요접수진일보적치료。
Objective To analysis Myomectomy on the relationship between leiomyoma recurrence and Pregnancy .Methods 84 cases accepted myomectomy at the age of less than 40 were studied retrospective-ly .Results 9 cases (10 .7% ) could not be reached .75 cases were followed uP for (3 .0 ± 0 .7) years . There were 24 cases (32 .0% ) with myoma recurrence .The Progression free curses showed that the recur-rence rate of those with term delivery after myomectomy was lower than the others (P=0 .02) .the recur-rence tumors diameter of them were larger than the others (P =0 .001) .The multivariate analysis showed the myoma number was risk factor of recurrence of uterine myoma after myomectomy (P =0 .003) .Con-clusions The myoma number is a risk factor resulting in uterine myoma recurrence after myomectomy . Pregnancy does not raise the recurrence rate .But term delivery can raise the diameter of the recurrence tumors .
