目的探讨鲜骆驼乳的保护保健功效。方法取健康雄性SPF级昆明种小鼠50只,随机分为对照组、模型组及鲜骆驼乳低、中、高剂量组(5、10、20mL·kg -1·d-1),每组10只,对照组和模型组动物灌胃给予蒸馏水,各受试物组按设定剂量灌胃给予骆驼乳,连续30 d ,第30天所有动物隔夜禁食12 h ,1% CC14油溶液5 mL/kg ,对照组给予等体积植物油,间隔4h后,各受试组继续给予鲜骆驼乳,对照组和模型组给予蒸馏水,连续2d。实验第33天处死动物,取血分离血清,测定谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、谷草转氨酶(AST),取肝组织测定丙二醛(MDA)含量、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活力,肝组织常规病理制片,观察其病理组织学变化。结果鲜骆驼乳中、高剂量组肝脏GSH-Px活力、SOD活力与模型组比较均升高,而MDA 含量下降,ALT、AST 含量与模型组比较均降低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01);鲜驼乳中、高剂量组病理损伤均较模型组有所改善。结论鲜骆驼乳对小鼠化学性肝脏损伤具有一定保护作用。

목적탐토선락타유적보호보건공효。방법취건강웅성SPF급곤명충소서50지,수궤분위대조조、모형조급선락타유저、중、고제량조(5、10、20mL·kg -1·d-1),매조10지,대조조화모형조동물관위급여증류수,각수시물조안설정제량관위급여락타유,련속30 d ,제30천소유동물격야금식12 h ,1% CC14유용액5 mL/kg ,대조조급여등체적식물유,간격4h후,각수시조계속급여선락타유,대조조화모형조급여증류수,련속2d。실험제33천처사동물,취혈분리혈청,측정곡병전안매(ALT)、곡초전안매(AST),취간조직측정병이철(MDA)함량、초양화물기화매(SOD)화곡광감태과양화물매(GSH-Px)활력,간조직상규병리제편,관찰기병리조직학변화。결과선락타유중、고제량조간장GSH-Px활력、SOD활력여모형조비교균승고,이MDA 함량하강,ALT、AST 함량여모형조비교균강저,차이구유통계학의의(P<0.01);선타유중、고제량조병리손상균교모형조유소개선。결론선락타유대소서화학성간장손상구유일정보호작용。
Objectives To study the Health Function of fresh Camel Milk .Methods 50 healthy male SPF mice from Kun Ming were assigned to 5 groups randomly :control group ,model group ,and 3 fresh camel milk groups from low does to high (5 ,10 ,20 mL · kg -1 · d-1 ) ,and each group has ten mice .Control group and model group are given distilled water and different doses of camel milk respectively for 30 days . Experimental liver injury was induced by 1% carbontetrachloride in model group and 3 camel milk groups on the 31 th day .All the animals were killed 48 h later .The levels of ALT and AST in serum .SOD , GSH-Px activities ,MDA contents in liver were determined .Results In fresh camel milk ,compared with model group ,SOD and GSH-Px activity in liver increased ,while contents of MDA ,ALT and AST de-creased and the pathological injury in high-dose group reduced .The differences were statistically signifi-cant (P <0 .01) .Conclusion Fresh camel milk have the protection against chemical injury of liver func-tion in mice .
