目的探讨新疆地区高血压患者及健康者维生素D、纤维蛋白原(FB )、白细胞数与高血压的关系及维生素D与FB的相关性。方法对2010年10月-2012年10月在新疆医科大学第一附属医院的326例高血压组患者(病例组)及208例非高血压的健康者(对照组)测定维生素D、FB和白细胞数目,比较两组各指标的差异,并分析病例组中维生素D与FB的相关性。结果病例组与对照组维生素D、FB、白细胞数目、淋巴细胞、中性粒细胞比较差异有统计学意义( P <0.05)。病例组患者维生素D与FB呈负相关( r =-0.652,P =0.011),高血压患者维生素D的水平也与病程呈负相关关系( r =-0.742、P =0.018)。维生素D、中性粒细胞、纤维蛋白原以及低密度脂蛋白与高血压的发生有关(P <0.05)。维生素D为高血压的保护因素(OR =0.83,95% CI 0.795~0.869)。中性粒细胞、纤维蛋白原、低密度脂蛋白为高血压的危险因素(OR值分别为2.141、1.189和2.128,95% CI分别为1.445~3.173、1.140~1.908和1.840~3.971)。结论高血压患者维生素D水平与FB相关,维生素D为高血压的保护因素,中性粒细胞、纤维蛋白原、低密度脂蛋白为高血压的危险因素。

목적탐토신강지구고혈압환자급건강자유생소D、섬유단백원(FB )、백세포수여고혈압적관계급유생소D여FB적상관성。방법대2010년10월-2012년10월재신강의과대학제일부속의원적326례고혈압조환자(병례조)급208례비고혈압적건강자(대조조)측정유생소D、FB화백세포수목,비교량조각지표적차이,병분석병례조중유생소D여FB적상관성。결과병례조여대조조유생소D、FB、백세포수목、림파세포、중성립세포비교차이유통계학의의( P <0.05)。병례조환자유생소D여FB정부상관( r =-0.652,P =0.011),고혈압환자유생소D적수평야여병정정부상관관계( r =-0.742、P =0.018)。유생소D、중성립세포、섬유단백원이급저밀도지단백여고혈압적발생유관(P <0.05)。유생소D위고혈압적보호인소(OR =0.83,95% CI 0.795~0.869)。중성립세포、섬유단백원、저밀도지단백위고혈압적위험인소(OR치분별위2.141、1.189화2.128,95% CI분별위1.445~3.173、1.140~1.908화1.840~3.971)。결론고혈압환자유생소D수평여FB상관,유생소D위고혈압적보호인소,중성립세포、섬유단백원、저밀도지단백위고혈압적위험인소。
Objective To identify relationship between vitamin D ,fibrinogen and high blood pressure . Methods From Oct .2010 to Oct .2012 ,compare to that of 326 cases of patients with hypertension group and 208 healthy group ,determination Fib ,vitamin D and the number of white blood cells by statistics method ,hypertension group and the hypertension group three differences ,to research hypertension group vitamin D and fibrinogen correlation .Results To study healthy group and hypertension group ,vitamin D have statistical significance (P<0 .05) .To compare between ,hypertension group and healthy group about vitamin D ,fibrinogen ,white blood cell number ,lymphocytes ,neutrophils ,blood fat ,exist of exist differ-ence Statistically significant (P < 0 .05) .To analysis the multiple factors regression ,For hypertension , vitamin D is protective factor (B value=0 .186 ,OR value=0 .83 ,95% CI 0 .795 -0 .869) .For hyperten-sion ,Neutrophils ,fibrinogen ,low density lipoprotein are risk factors (B value were 0 .761 ,0 .173 ,0 .987 , OR value were 2 .141 ,1 .189 ,2 .128 ,95% CI 1 .445-3 .1731 ,1 .140-1 .908 ,1 .840-3 .971) .Hyperten-sion group vitamin D and FB have negative correlation (r = 0 .652 , P = 0 .011) .Conclusion Between Objective To identify relationship between vitamin D ,fibrinogen and high blood pressure .
