普通高中校园文化建设对促进学校可持续发展具有重要作用。目前,受多种因素制约,普通高中的校园文化建设存在物质文化建设重形式、轻内涵,制度文化建设重制定轻落实、重服从轻关怀,行为文化建设重点的突出、轻面的铺开,精神文化建设重表面形式、轻内化创新等问题。推进普通高校园文化建设:一要加强理论学习,重视校园文化的研究;二要建立良好的管理机制,明确校园文化管理目标;三要统筹兼顾校园文化建设,全面发展校园文化功能;四要突出师生主体地位;五要努力创新,走特色发展之路;六要增强职能部门支持力度,加强督导评价。

High school campus culture construction plays an important part in contributing to the sustainable development of the schools.Nowadays ,restricted by various factors ,campus culture construction has many problems,including material culture construction focusing on form rather than content;institutional culture construction focus on making plans rather than Implementation;attaching importance to behavior culture construction but spreading out slowly and Spiritual culture construction focusing on superficial form rather than Internal innovation. To advance high school campus culture construction , six aspects should be taken seriously. First of all,it is an important task to strengthen theoretical study and campus culture;second,a good management should be set up and campus culture management target should be known clearly; Third,we should make overall plans and take all factors into consideration and develop campus culture function in an all-around way;fourth, main role of teachers and students should be stressed;what’s more, striving to create and to take the road of the characteristic development .In addition , reinforcing the functional department and supervision evaluation.
