空气泡沫钻井技术由于有利于降低地层漏失、提高机械钻速、降低成本、发现和保护油气层以及能够有效处理地层出水等优点,近年来发展比较迅速。本文从保护井壁、提高井壁稳定性等技术要求出发,筛选了高效发泡剂、稳泡剂,研发了空气泡沫钻井用井壁稳定剂,形成了稳定泡沫钻井流体配方。室内页岩滚动回收实验和岩心浸泡实验结果表明,该泡沫配方具有较强的抑制性,能够较好地解决空气泡沫钻井中井壁失稳问题。

Air foam dril ing technology has many advantages such as higher penetration rate and lower cost. Moreover foam can reduce dril ing fluid leakage in fractured formations and can ef ectively handle large volumes of produced fluid in water-bearing stratum. So it has been developed rapidly in recent years. A foam fluid formula used for under balanced dril ing was developed in this paper by selecting ef ective foaming agent, foaming stabilizer, shale inhibitor and so on. The results abased on shale rol ing recovery experiment and core immersion experiment show that the foam fluid developed in this paper has favorable inhibited capability, and can ef ectively solve the hole instability problems in air-foam dril ing process. At the same time, the foam fluid has good temperature resisting property, which can meet the needs of foam dril ing in deep wel .
