目的：针对门诊科目前的护理情况，对因护理引起的纠纷和安全隐患进行分析，以及做好护理对策。方法：对某医院1年来门诊科部分患者280例，随机分为2组，观察组140例，专家门诊。对照组140例，普通门诊。观察2组患者满意度、患者及时转科率以及出院率情况、2组患者因护理产生的纠纷及安全隐患情况。结果：观察组有3例患者发生安全隐患纠纷，而对照组有51例发生安全隐患。同时观察组患者满意度以及及时得到救治率均高于对照组2组相比，差异均具有统计学意义，P＜0．05。结论：门诊科护理工作中产生安全隐患的概率与医师和医护人员的配合有很大关系。及时采取有效的措施，做好有效的沟通对于急诊科患者的护理有很大的影响和意义。
목적：침대문진과목전적호리정황，대인호리인기적규분화안전은환진행분석，이급주호호리대책。방법：대모의원1년래문진과부분환자280례，수궤분위2조，관찰조140례，전가문진。대조조140례，보통문진。관찰2조환자만의도、환자급시전과솔이급출원솔정황、2조환자인호리산생적규분급안전은환정황。결과：관찰조유3례환자발생안전은환규분，이대조조유51례발생안전은환。동시관찰조환자만의도이급급시득도구치솔균고우대조조2조상비，차이균구유통계학의의，P＜0．05。결론：문진과호리공작중산생안전은환적개솔여의사화의호인원적배합유흔대관계。급시채취유효적조시，주호유효적구통대우급진과환자적호리유흔대적영향화의의。
