目的：探讨使用孟鲁司特钠治疗小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘的临床效果。方法：选取小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘患者140例，随机分为2组。其中对照组67例，观察组73例，使其有可比性。2组患者均给予止咳和氨茶碱治疗，对照组患者同时给予酮替芬片口服，观察组患者同时给予孟鲁司特钠口服。对2组患者治疗效果、治疗时间和费用以及复发情况进行评价。结果：观察组患者临床控制率和有效率均明显高于对照组；症状缓解和咳嗽消失时间分别为均明显短于对照组；不良反应发生率和复发率均明显低于对照组；平均复发时间明显晚于对照组。上述比较2组差异有统计学意义（P＜0．05）。2组患者住院费用差别不大（P＞0．05）。结论：对小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘患儿实施孟鲁司特钠治疗具有起效快、效果确切、不良反应少、不易复发等优点，是一种安全而有效的治疗手段，可以作为常规用药进行推广。
목적：탐토사용맹로사특납치료소인해수변이성효천적림상효과。방법：선취소인해수변이성효천환자140례，수궤분위2조。기중대조조67례，관찰조73례，사기유가비성。2조환자균급여지해화안다감치료，대조조환자동시급여동체분편구복，관찰조환자동시급여맹로사특납구복。대2조환자치료효과、치료시간화비용이급복발정황진행평개。결과：관찰조환자림상공제솔화유효솔균명현고우대조조；증상완해화해수소실시간분별위균명현단우대조조；불량반응발생솔화복발솔균명현저우대조조；평균복발시간명현만우대조조。상술비교2조차이유통계학의의（P＜0．05）。2조환자주원비용차별불대（P＞0．05）。결론：대소인해수변이성효천환인실시맹로사특납치료구유기효쾌、효과학절、불량반응소、불역복발등우점，시일충안전이유효적치료수단，가이작위상규용약진행추엄。
Objective:To explore the clinical significance of montelukast for cough variant asthma in children .Methods:140 children with confirmed CVA were divided into control group and observation group .The patients in control group were treated with Ketotifen and the patients in observation group were treated with montelukast .Results:The clinical significance of the patients in observation group were better than control group;the remission time of symptoms was shorter;the rate of side effects and relapse were lower;the time to recur-rence was later.There was a significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05).There was little difference of the two groups of pa-tients with hospital costs(P>0.05).Conclusion:Children with cough variant asthma with the implementation of Montelukast used for chil -dren with cough variant asthma might be safe and effective ,it could be used as conventional medication .
