目的：对比国产奥氮平与维思通的疗效和不良反应。方法：对60例精神分裂症患者随机分为奥氮平组30例和维思通组30例，进行相应的药物治疗，疗程6周，采用PANSS量表和TESS副反应量表进行评价。结果：国产奥氮平和维思通疗效相当，但奥氮平的不良反应发生率和症状严重程度显著低于维思通，同时具有较简单的服用方法和良好的依从性。结论：奥氮平治疗精神分裂症疗效确切，不良反应少，服用简单，依从性好。
목적：대비국산오담평여유사통적료효화불량반응。방법：대60례정신분렬증환자수궤분위오담평조30례화유사통조30례，진행상응적약물치료，료정6주，채용PANSS량표화TESS부반응량표진행평개。결과：국산오담평화유사통료효상당，단오담평적불량반응발생솔화증상엄중정도현저저우유사통，동시구유교간단적복용방법화량호적의종성。결론：오담평치료정신분렬증료효학절，불량반응소，복용간단，의종성호。
Objective:To compare curative effect and untoward effect between domestic olanzapine and risperidone .Methods:Sixty patients with schizophrenia were randomly divided into two groups :thirty patients were in domestic olanzapine ’ s group and the other thirty patients were in risperidone’s group,after treatment for six weekends,used positive and negative symptom scale (PANSS) and treatment e-mergent symptoms scale ( TESS) to evaluate the efficacy .Results: domestic olanzapine and risperidone had equal therapy ,but the inci-dence of adverse reaction and symptom severity of domestic olanzapine was significantly lower than risperidone ,moreover,domestic olanzap-ine had simple taking method and good compliance .Conclusion:Domestic olanzapine for schizophrenia might have a good efficacy ,few untoward effects ,taking a simple and good compliance .
