目的：探讨经皮穿刺介入硬化治疗肝囊肿的方法及疗效。方法：37例肝囊肿患者（男12例，女25例），41个囊肿，行B超引导下经皮穿刺肝囊肿内注射无水乙醇，对于直径大于5．0 cm的囊肿，放置猪尾引流管，经引流管抽尽囊液后行乙醇冲洗，每天1次，3～4天结束。结果：本组35例治愈，治愈率94．6％（35/37）。显效1例，有效1例，全部37例患者无并发症出现，肝功能良好。最为常见的副反应是术后一过性转氨酶升高6例，5例出现一过性体温升高，8例出现醉酒样反应，6例出现轻微右上腹胀痛不适，5例有轻度恶心、呕吐，经对症治疗后消失。结论：B超引导经皮穿刺注射无水乙醇治疗肝囊肿，操作方便、创伤小、并发症少、疗效好，患者的经济负担小，易于接受。
목적：탐토경피천자개입경화치료간낭종적방법급료효。방법：37례간낭종환자（남12례，녀25례），41개낭종，행B초인도하경피천자간낭종내주사무수을순，대우직경대우5．0 cm적낭종，방치저미인류관，경인류관추진낭액후행을순충세，매천1차，3～4천결속。결과：본조35례치유，치유솔94．6％（35/37）。현효1례，유효1례，전부37례환자무병발증출현，간공능량호。최위상견적부반응시술후일과성전안매승고6례，5례출현일과성체온승고，8례출현취주양반응，6례출현경미우상복창통불괄，5례유경도악심、구토，경대증치료후소실。결론：B초인도경피천자주사무수을순치료간낭종，조작방편、창상소、병발증소、료효호，환자적경제부담소，역우접수。
Objective:To explore the percutaneous intervention hardening treatment of hepatic cyst methods and curative effect .Meth-ods:37 cases of hepatic cyst patients (12 cases of male,female 25 cases),41 cyst,do B to exceed guided percutaneous liver cyst in injec-tion anhydrous ethanol ,more than 5.0 cm in diameter of the cyst ,placed pig tail drainage tube ,the drainage tube exhaust the cystic fluid before the ethanol flushing ,every day 1,3-4 days end.Results:The 35 cases were cured ,cure rate 94.6%(35/37) .Powerfully 1 case, effective 1 case,all 37 patients without complications ,liver function is good .The most common side effects was the sexual transaminase lifts 6 cases,5 cases with a transient temperature rise ,8 cases with drunken sample reaction ,6 cases of mild right upper quadrant pain is unwell,5 cases had mild nausea ,vomiting,disappears after the symptomatic treatment .Conclusion: B ultrasonic guided puncture cyst in injection anhydrous ethanol treatment of hepatic cyst should be convenient operation ,small trauma,less complications,curative effect was good,patients economic burden was small ,easy to accept .
