目的:观察分析教育康复对学龄前脑瘫儿童认知能力的影响,总结其临床意义。方法:选取学龄前期脑瘫儿童56例,按照随机数字表抽取法将其分为2组,各有28例,对照组采取常规医学康复手段治疗,观察组在常规治疗基础上加入教育康复治疗,观察对比2组患儿的WeeFIM评分结果。结果:2组患儿治疗后6个月与治疗前WeeFIM评分均有所提高(P<0.05),观察组改善程度更为显著(P<0.05),具有统计学意义。结论:对学龄前脑瘫儿童在常规医学康复手段治疗基础上加入教育康复治疗,能够显著改善其认知能力。

목적:관찰분석교육강복대학령전뇌탄인동인지능력적영향,총결기림상의의。방법:선취학령전기뇌탄인동56례,안조수궤수자표추취법장기분위2조,각유28례,대조조채취상규의학강복수단치료,관찰조재상규치료기출상가입교육강복치료,관찰대비2조환인적WeeFIM평분결과。결과:2조환인치료후6개월여치료전WeeFIM평분균유소제고(P<0.05),관찰조개선정도경위현저(P<0.05),구유통계학의의。결론:대학령전뇌탄인동재상규의학강복수단치료기출상가입교육강복치료,능구현저개선기인지능력。
Objective:To observe the education rehabilitation of children with cerebral palsy analysis on effects of cognitive ability , summarize its clinical significance .Methods:58 cases of pre-school children with cerebral palsy ,in accordance with the random number table extraction were divided into 2 groups,each with 28 cases,control group adopted conventional medical rehabilitation treatment ,the ob servation group on the basis of routine treatment joined the education rehabilitation treatment , were compared between two groups of (WeeFIM) score results.Results:The two patients of 6 months after treatment and the treatment of WeeFIM scores had increased (P<0.05),the observation group improved more significantly (P<0.05),with statistical significance.Conclusion:The pre-school children with cerebral palsy in routine medical rehabilitation treatment to join based on the education rehabilitation treatment ,could significantly im-prove their cognitive abilities .
