目的：对心脏外科手术应用舒芬妮复合异氟醚进行治疗的临床效果进行观察。方法：将50例行心血管手术患者实施全身插管麻醉，间断静脉推注舒芬太尼，间断吸入0．5％～3．0％异氟醚，吸入异氟醚对麻醉进行维持。结果：手术结束立即拔管的有39例；手术后可以自主呼吸，在1～2小时后拔管的有11例；手术中没有患者出现清醒。结论：舒芬太尼复合异氟醚进行麻醉的搭配合理，安全性高，适合在心脏外科手术中进行应用。
목적：대심장외과수술응용서분니복합이불미진행치료적림상효과진행관찰。방법：장50례행심혈관수술환자실시전신삽관마취，간단정맥추주서분태니，간단흡입0．5％～3．0％이불미，흡입이불미대마취진행유지。결과：수술결속립즉발관적유39례；수술후가이자주호흡，재1～2소시후발관적유11례；수술중몰유환자출현청성。결론：서분태니복합이불미진행마취적탑배합리，안전성고，괄합재심장외과수술중진행응용。
Objective:To cardiac surgical operation application of Shuni combined with isoflurane in the clinical treatment effect ob -servation.Methods:50 cases of patients with cardiovascular operation administration of general anesthesia ,intermittent intravenous infu-sion of sufentanil ,intermittent inhalation of isoflurane inhalation of isoflurane on 0.5%~3.0%,anesthesia maintenance .Results:After operation in 39 cases of immediate extubation;could be spontaneous breathing after operation ,in 1 to 2 hours after extubation in 11 cases;no patients had clear operation .Conclusion:Sufentanil combined with isoflurane anesthesia might be with a reasonable ,high safety,suit-able for application in cardiac surgical operation .
