通过宏观形貌分析、金相分析、pH值分析、硫含量分析及失重法等综合手段对不同条件下硫酸盐还原菌(SRB)对航煤管道X70碳钢的腐蚀程度进行研究。结果表明:SRB可以促进X70碳钢腐蚀,且腐蚀以点蚀为主;SRB可以导致航空煤油中的硫含量增加,温度越高,SRB浓度越大,增加的越明显,尤其是第一周增加的幅度最大;SRB可以导致航空煤油中的pH值下降,第一周下降的最为明显,以后下降的较为平缓,渐渐的趋近于某一数值。

통과굉관형모분석、금상분석、pH치분석、류함량분석급실중법등종합수단대불동조건하류산염환원균(SRB)대항매관도X70탄강적부식정도진행연구。결과표명:SRB가이촉진X70탄강부식,차부식이점식위주;SRB가이도치항공매유중적류함량증가,온도월고,SRB농도월대,증가적월명현,우기시제일주증가적폭도최대;SRB가이도치항공매유중적pH치하강,제일주하강적최위명현,이후하강적교위평완,점점적추근우모일수치。
The corrosion behaviors of X70 carbon steel in aviation kerosene pipeline with different conditions of sulfate reduced bacteria (SRB) were studied by macro-morphology analysis, metallographic analysis, PH value analysis, sulfur content analysis, weight loss method, etc. Results show that SRB can promote X70 carbon steel corrosion, and pitting corrosion primarily. SRB increases sulfur content in aviation kerosene, the higher the temperature, the greater the concentration of SRB, leading to increasing the more obvious, especially the greatest increases in the first week. SRB can lead to the decrease of PH value in aviation kerosene, the first week decreases obviously, after falling more gently, and gradually approaching to a certain value.
