建立了用离子色谱法测定工业废气中甲醛的方法。废气中甲醛活性炭吸附,过氧化氢氧化甲酸、微波提取,经0.45μm微孔滤膜过滤后直接进样分析,时间定性,峰高定量,其甲醛回收率为92.5%~105.5%,当采样体积为40L的条件下,乙醛最低检出质量浓度为0.006mg/m3。

To establish a method for determination of formaldehyde in industrial waste gas by ion chromatography .Activated carbon ad-sorption of formaldehyde in exhaust gas , hydrogen peroxide oxidation of formic acid , microwave extraction , direct injection analysis , through 0.45 μm microporous membrane filtration time qualitative , quantitative formaldehyde peak height , the rate of recovery is 92.5% ~105. 5%, when the sampling volume was 40L, the minimum detectable mass concentration of acetaldehyde is 0.006mg/m3.
