本文通过对糠醛生产工艺和3种废水零排放方案和4中废水达标处理方式进行研究后认为:糠醛废水排放量较大,成分复杂,污染物浓度高,治理成本居高不下是其治理的难点。根据对比发现,双效闪蒸法能够实现废水的零排放并进行副产品回收,且具有一定的应用基础,具有较大的发展潜力;多功能热解装置和生产废水闭路循环技术能够实现废水的零排放,具有一定的技术优势,应在今后进行此方面的案例调研总结,扩大其应用范围。传统的厌氧好氧及在其基础上进行延伸的一些处理方法应按照因地制宜的原则,综合考虑其排水去向进行工艺设计调整,实现达标排放和经济效益的统一。

Through the research of the standard treatment for zero discharge of wastewater of furfural production process and 3 kinds of waste water and 4 after that:furfural wastewater is large , complex composition , high concentration of pollutants , the high cost and difficulty of governance is the governance .According to the comparison , double flash method can realize zero discharge wastewater and by -product recovery , and has the application basis , has great development potential;zero emission recycling technology of multifunctional pyrolysis de-vice and production wastewater to achieve wastewater , has some technical advantages , should in the future research in this area for case sum-mary, expanding its scope of application .The traditional anaerobic aerobic and extended on the basis of some processing methods shall be in accordance with the principle of suit one's measures to local conditions , comprehensive consideration to the drainage process design , adjust-ment, implementation of unified standards emissions and economic benefits .
