随着中国石化建设世界一流能源化工公司的重大决策的制定,建设“世界一流信息化能力”的信息化战略目标提出,企业IT管理的标准化、内部控制的流程化,现有的烟囱式IT基础设施架构已不能满足按需分配资源需求。云计算的广泛实践为企业数据中心建设提供了技术基础。本文应用基础设施即服务(IaaS)架构对企业数据中心进行设计,对计算、存储、网络、安全等资源池进行了详细设计,并在企业进行了实施。本文提出的云计算数据中心可以为今后一个时期的石化企业信息化应用奠定基础。

Under the background that SINOPEC is committing to be a world-class energy and chemical company, the construction of a first-class information technology capability is turning into an important strategic target. However, the standardization of enterprise IT management and the internal control processing has been proposed, the current chimney-like IT infrastructure can not meet the requirements that resources are distributed according to the need. Cloud computing is used widely, and the enterprise data center can be built based on this new technology. In this paper, a new design and application technique based on Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) is presented for constructing cloud computing data center, in which the computing, storage, network, and security resource pools are designed in detail. Then the proposed method is applied to a petrochemical company. This cloud data center will establish a solid foundation for the application of information technology in the future.
