目的:分析高效细胞因子诱导的杀伤细胞联合放射治疗治疗鼻咽癌临床疗效和安全性。方法选取2010年6月至2013年6月在我院就诊的60例鼻咽癌患者为研究对象,应用随机数字表法将患者分为分为实验组和对照组,每组各30例,对照组给予放射治疗,实验组则在对照组治疗的基础上给予高效细胞因子诱导的杀伤细胞治疗,比较观察两组患者免疫指标变化和Karnofsky评分变化。结果治疗4周后两组患者CD4+/CD8+比值、Treg细胞百分率、NK细胞百分率、NKT细胞百分率均较前明显改善,但实验组患者Treg细胞百分率和NKT细胞百分率上调更明显,而CD4+/CD8+比值和NK细胞百分率下降更明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组患者的Karnofsky评分明显优于对照组患者,其差异也有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论高效细胞因子诱导的杀伤细胞联合放射治疗能够有效改善患者的免疫功能,改善患者的生活质量,值得在临床上进一步推广。

Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy and safety of nasopharyngeal carcinoma treated with radiotherapy combined combined cytokine-induced killer cells therapy. Methods Sixty cases of patients with naso-pharyngeal carcinoma (NPC) from June 2010 to June 2013 in our hospital were selected as the research objects, and were divided into experimental group and control group by random number table method. The 30 cases in control group were given radiotherapy, and the another 30 cases in experimental group were given cytokine-induced killer cell therapy combined with radiotherapy. And then immune indexes and Karnofsky scores in both groups were ob-served. Results After 4 weeks treatment, CD4+/CD8+ratio, the percentages of Treg cells, the percentages of NK cells and NKT cells in both groups were obviously improved. Compared to the control group, the percentages of Treg cells and NKT cells in experimental group increased more obviously, while CD4+/CD8+ratio and NK cells percentage de-creased more significantly with statistical differences (P<0.05). The Karnofsky score in experimental group was better than that in control group with statistically significant difference (P<0.05). Conclusion The cytokine-induced killer cells with radiation therapy can effectively improve the patient's immune function as well as the quality of life, which is worthy of further clinical application.
