底板与内墙水平施工缝采用平口形式。为了保证内墙浇筑在底板处不漏浆，浇筑底板时要用4m刮杠赶平。合墙模前剔除根部松动石子，清扫干净。浇筑内墙前，用布料器铺30mm砂浆。考虑外墙为抗渗混凝土，在剔除时要及时检查剔除部位，如果剔至30mm仍有>20mm气泡或松散石子，则须继续向下剔，直到剔至密实混凝土为止。
