加工效率是数控机床重要的技术指标,可通过安装自动对刀仪缩短刀具的调整时间,提高加工中心的加工效率。本文分析了国内主流机床云南机床VMC850加工中心配套FNAUC数控系统功能上安装榀烨PYZ-100对刀仪的思路及原理,包括电气连接设计、数控系统内置PLC修改、宏程序编写等,最后安装调试后实现加工中心刀具长度自动测量及加工效率的提高。

The machining efficiency is an important technical index of the CNC, which can be shortened the adjustment time by installing the automatic tool-setter to improve the machining efficiency during the machining center. This paper analyzes the essential machine (Yunnan machine VMC850 machining center matches with the FANUC CNC system function that it is installed the thinking and principle of the PINYE PYZ-100 tool-setter), which includes electric connection design, CNC system built-in PLC modification, macro-programming compilation, etc. The automatic measure of machining center tool length and the improvement of the machining efficiency are carried out after installing the debugging.
