通过对目前企业知识管理绩效评价模型的研究,提出了采用改进的模糊Borda法对现有单一的评价模型进行组合评价。构建了基于改进模糊Borda法的组合评价模型,给出了改进模糊Borda法评价模型进行企业知识管理绩效评价的具体步骤,对企业知识管理绩效评价具有现实意义。

Through researching the current performance evaluation model of enterprise knowledge management, this paper proposes to use improved fuzzy Borda method to portfolio assessment existing single evaluation model. In addition, this paper provides a combination evaluation model which bases on improved fuzzy Borda method, and further to give the steps of using improved fuzzy Borda method performance evaluation model to evaluate the performance of enterprise knowledge management. It has practical significance for performance evaluation of enterprise knowledge management .
