目的:分析铜绿假单胞菌( PA)的耐药情况和携带耐药基因的情况。方法选择2012年6-12月在我院不同来源的50株PA,收集其药敏结果统计分析耐药情况,并用PCR方法检测其携带耐药基因的情况。结果50株细菌中检出7株有TEM基因,6株有OXA-10基因,4株外膜孔蛋白基因OprD2缺失。50株PA菌株对药物的耐药率情况为:亚胺培南6.00%,美罗培南6.52%,多黏菌素7.89%,哌拉西林/他唑巴坦10.42%,左旋氧氟沙星12.77%,阿米卡星14%,环丙沙星14.29%,头孢他啶26.00%,头孢吡肟28.57%,哌拉西林29.55%,庆大霉素30.00%,氨曲南38.00%。结论50株PA菌株中,耐亚胺培南可能是因为OprD2蛋白表达缺失,但并非所有的OprD2缺失均导致亚胺培南耐药。携带TEM和(或) OXA-10基因则可能耐β内酰胺类抗菌药。

목적:분석동록가단포균( PA)적내약정황화휴대내약기인적정황。방법선택2012년6-12월재아원불동래원적50주PA,수집기약민결과통계분석내약정황,병용PCR방법검측기휴대내약기인적정황。결과50주세균중검출7주유TEM기인,6주유OXA-10기인,4주외막공단백기인OprD2결실。50주PA균주대약물적내약솔정황위:아알배남6.00%,미라배남6.52%,다점균소7.89%,고랍서림/타서파탄10.42%,좌선양불사성12.77%,아미잡성14%,배병사성14.29%,두포타정26.00%,두포필우28.57%,고랍서림29.55%,경대매소30.00%,안곡남38.00%。결론50주PA균주중,내아알배남가능시인위OprD2단백표체결실,단병비소유적OprD2결실균도치아알배남내약。휴대TEM화(혹) OXA-10기인칙가능내β내선알류항균약。
Objective To analysis the drug resistance and carrying resistance genes of pseudomonas aeruginosa . Methods Selected 50 strains of pseudomonas aeruginosa from June to December ,2012 in our hospital .Collection susceptibili-ty results,analysis the drug resistance ,the carrying resistance genes was detected by PCR .Results The resistance rates of 50 strains of PA:imipenem 6.0%, meropenem 6.52%, polymyxin 7.89%, piperacillin/tazobactam 10.42%, levofloxacin 12.77%,amikacin 14%,ciprofloxacin 14.29%,ceftazidime 26%,cefepime 28.57%,piperacillin 29.55%,gentamicin 30%, aztreonam 38%.7 strains of PA has TEM gene .6 strains of PA has OXA-10 gene.The outer membrane protein gene of 4 strains of PA wasmissing.Conclusion The missing of OprD2 protein expression deletion may cause the resistant to imipenem .But,not all OprD2 deletions have led to imipenem .TEM and(or)OXA gene may resistance to the β-lactam antibiotic.
