目的:观察甘肃道地中药材大黄、黄芩的体外抑菌活性,为临床中药治疗耐药菌感染提供参考。方法:采用煎煮法制备大黄、黄芩中药原液,用肉汤稀释法测定两种药液对产超广谱β-内酰胺酶(ESBLs)大肠埃希菌和耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌(MRSA)的最小抑菌浓度。结果:大黄对产超广谱β-内酰胺酶(ESBLs)大肠杆菌和耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌(MRSA)的最小抑菌浓度分别为250 mg/mL和125 mg/mL。黄芩对耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌(MRSA)的最小抑菌浓度为250 mg/mL;对产超广谱β-内酰胺酶(ESBLs)大肠杆菌未见明显抑菌作用。结论:大黄、黄芩对临床常见的多重耐药菌有不同程度的抑菌活性,且大黄的抑菌活性优于黄芩;大黄对金黄色葡萄球菌抑菌活性优于大肠埃希菌。

목적:관찰감숙도지중약재대황、황금적체외억균활성,위림상중약치료내약균감염제공삼고。방법:채용전자법제비대황、황금중약원액,용육탕희석법측정량충약액대산초엄보β-내선알매(ESBLs)대장애희균화내갑양서림금황색포도구균(MRSA)적최소억균농도。결과:대황대산초엄보β-내선알매(ESBLs)대장간균화내갑양서림금황색포도구균(MRSA)적최소억균농도분별위250 mg/mL화125 mg/mL。황금대내갑양서림금황색포도구균(MRSA)적최소억균농도위250 mg/mL;대산초엄보β-내선알매(ESBLs)대장간균미견명현억균작용。결론:대황、황금대림상상견적다중내약균유불동정도적억균활성,차대황적억균활성우우황금;대황대금황색포도구균억균활성우우대장애희균。
Objective: To provide reference for herbs in treating drug resistant bacteria infection by observing antibacterial activity ofGansugenuine herbsDaHuang(RheumpalmatumL.) andHuangQin(ScutellariaBaicalensis) in vitro. Methods: The decoctions ofDaHuangandHuangQinwere prepared, the minimum antibacterial concentrations of two kinds of decoctions for extended spectrumβlactamases(ESBLs) E.coli and methicillin-resistant staphylococcus aureus(MRSA) were detected with broth dilution method. Results: The minimum antibacterial concentrations ofDaHuangfor producting ESBLs E.coli and MRSA were 250mg/mL and 125 mg/mL. The minimum antibacterial concentrations ofHuangQinfor producting MRSA were 250mg/mL, and it didn′t show notable antibacterial function to ESBLs E.coli. Conclusion:DaHuangandHuangQinshow different degrees of antibacterial activity to common multiple resistant bacteria, and antibacterial activity ofDaHuangis superior to that ofHuangQin; antibacterial activity of DaHuang to MRSA is superior to that of ESBLs E.coli.
