目的观察β-七叶皂苷钠在大鼠高压电损伤早期中的细胞内皮保护作用。方法将30只SD大鼠随机分为三组:β-七叶皂苷钠组、生理盐水组和正常组,每组10只,分别制成下肢高压电损伤模型后即刻静脉注射β-七叶皂苷钠(β-七叶皂苷钠组)及等量生理盐水(生理盐水组),正常组不做特殊处理。每组于伤后1h及6h各开胸处死5只大鼠,大体观察后取创周组织行组织病理学检测及电镜观察细胞结构改变。结果与正常组相比,伤后β-七叶皂苷钠组及生理盐水组肢体均见不同程度肿胀及局部坏死。β-七叶皂苷钠组血管栓塞及内皮病变较生理盐水组轻。结论β-七叶皂苷钠对高压电损伤大鼠具有细胞内皮保护作用。

목적관찰β-칠협조감납재대서고압전손상조기중적세포내피보호작용。방법장30지SD대서수궤분위삼조:β-칠협조감납조、생리염수조화정상조,매조10지,분별제성하지고압전손상모형후즉각정맥주사β-칠협조감납(β-칠협조감납조)급등량생리염수(생리염수조),정상조불주특수처리。매조우상후1h급6h각개흉처사5지대서,대체관찰후취창주조직행조직병이학검측급전경관찰세포결구개변。결과여정상조상비,상후β-칠협조감납조급생리염수조지체균견불동정도종창급국부배사。β-칠협조감납조혈관전새급내피병변교생리염수조경。결론β-칠협조감납대고압전손상대서구유세포내피보호작용。
Objective To investigate the endothelium protectant effect of β-aescin in early period after high electrical injury in rats .Methods 30 rats were randomly divided into 3 groups as the followings ( n=10 ):β-aescin group,normal saline group(which were respectively given β-aescin and normal saline by caudal vein after the injury ) and control group .Experimental animal model of electrical injurys were made for β-aescin group and normal saline group.Five rats of each groups were killed at 1 hour and 6 hours after the injury .Tissue samples around the wounds were harvested , HE stained and observed by electron microscopy to observe the changes of the microvascular structure.Results Compared with control group ,there were necrosis and swelling in the tissue samples around the wounds to varying degrees .Vascular embolization and endothelium pathological change for β-aescin group were better than that for normal saline group .Conclusion It showed endothelium protectant effect of β-aescin for rats after high electrical injury in early period .
