目的探讨XIAP在儿童非霍奇金淋巴瘤（NHL）发生发展中的作用和可能机制。方法采用免疫组织化学 S-P法对45例儿童 NHL和12例淋巴结反应增生组织中XIAP的表达进行检测。结果 XIAP在淋巴结反应增生组织中呈低表达，在NHL组织中呈高表达，二者之间有显著性差异。45例淋巴瘤组织中，XIAP表达强度与临床分期有关，与临床分型无显著相关。结论 XIAP可能在儿童NHL的发生、发展中起重要作用，可能会作为预后不良的标志。
목적탐토XIAP재인동비곽기금림파류（NHL）발생발전중적작용화가능궤제。방법채용면역조직화학 S-P법대45례인동 NHL화12례림파결반응증생조직중XIAP적표체진행검측。결과 XIAP재림파결반응증생조직중정저표체，재NHL조직중정고표체，이자지간유현저성차이。45례림파류조직중，XIAP표체강도여림상분기유관，여림상분형무현저상관。결론 XIAP가능재인동NHL적발생、발전중기중요작용，가능회작위예후불량적표지。
Objective Explore the functions of XIAP in children's NHL and its possible mechanisms though studying.Methods Immunohistochemical S-P method was employed to detect the expression of XIAP in 45 cases Children's NHL lymph node and 12 cases of reactive hyperplasia of lymph node specimens.Results Low XIAP expression was found in reactive hyperplasia of lymph node, whereas high expression found in NHL lymph node. The dif erence was significant . In 45 cases Children's NHL lymph node, the expression of XIAP was related to the clinical stage, and was irrelevant to immune phenotype of Children's NHL.Conclusion XIAP may be closely related with the occurrence of tumors and involved in children's NHL development. XIAP may be used as one of the indicators to judge the condition and the prognosis.
