目的探讨白细胞介素-8((interleukin-8, IL-8)及心肌酶谱各指标水平与小儿肺炎的关系。方法随机选取40名重症肺炎、轻型肺炎以及正常对照组儿童作为研究对象,分别在疾病极期和恢复期采用放射免疫法测定血清IL-8水平,日本OlympusAU640全自动生化分析仪检测心肌酶谱,并进行组间比较和相关性分析。结果急性期重症肺炎组和轻型肺炎组患儿IL-8以及心肌酶谱各指标均显著高于正常对照组儿童(P<0.05);而重症肺炎组患儿上述指标又显著高于轻型肺炎组患儿(P<0.05)。两组患儿恢复期各指标均较急性期明显下降(P<0.05),而两组患儿恢复期各指标水平与正常对照组比较均无显著差异(P>0.05)。无论重症还是轻型肺炎,急性期IL-8水平与心肌酶谱各指标均呈明显正相关关系(P<0.05);而恢复期IL-8水平则与心肌酶谱各指标之间并无明显相关关系(P>0.05)。结论:IL-8的变化与心肌酶密切相关,IL-8可做为评估小儿肺炎感染轻重程度及预后判断的监测指标。

목적탐토백세포개소-8((interleukin-8, IL-8)급심기매보각지표수평여소인폐염적관계。방법수궤선취40명중증폐염、경형폐염이급정상대조조인동작위연구대상,분별재질병겁기화회복기채용방사면역법측정혈청IL-8수평,일본OlympusAU640전자동생화분석의검측심기매보,병진행조간비교화상관성분석。결과급성기중증폐염조화경형폐염조환인IL-8이급심기매보각지표균현저고우정상대조조인동(P<0.05);이중증폐염조환인상술지표우현저고우경형폐염조환인(P<0.05)。량조환인회복기각지표균교급성기명현하강(P<0.05),이량조환인회복기각지표수평여정상대조조비교균무현저차이(P>0.05)。무론중증환시경형폐염,급성기IL-8수평여심기매보각지표균정명현정상관관계(P<0.05);이회복기IL-8수평칙여심기매보각지표지간병무명현상관관계(P>0.05)。결론:IL-8적변화여심기매밀절상관,IL-8가주위평고소인폐염감염경중정도급예후판단적감측지표。
Objective To explore the correlation between interleukin-8 and cardiac enzyme levels in children with bronchopneumonia.Methods About 120 children categorized into severe pneumonia group, mild pneumonia group and control group were recruited into the study. Serum IL-8 (by radioimmunity method) and cardiac enzyme (by Olympus AU640) levels were measured before and after treatment.Results The serum levels of IL-8 and cardiac enzyme in severe and mild pneumonia groups were both higher than those of control group (P<0.05), while those of severe pneumonia group higher than those of mild group (P<0.05). After treatment, all index were significantly decreased compared with basic level (P<0.05). Moreover, statistical correlation was found between serum IL-8 and cardiac enzyme levels before treatment (P<0.05), but not for after treatment. Conclusion IL-8 was closely related with the cardiac enzyme level and IL-8 can be used as a monitoring indicator to assess the severity and prognosis of pneumonia in children.
