目的探讨支原体肺炎儿童肺泡表面活性物质蛋白A(SP-A)基因常见突变位点与儿童支原体肺炎发病风险的相关性。方法采用基因测序技术检测支原体肺炎儿童SP-A基因中rs1059054位点、rs1136452位点及rs1136454位点的出现频率。结果对比三个位点的基因频率及等位基因频率发现: rs1136452位点基因频率及等位基因频率在病例组及对照组比较中无统计学差异(P>0.05);而rs1059054及rs1136454位点基因频率及等位基因频率两组比较均有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论 rs1059054及rs1136454位点基因多态性可能与儿童支原体肺炎易感性有关。

Objective Study of mycoplasma pneumonia in children of pulmonary surfactant protein A (SP-A) gene mutation and common correlation of children mycoplasma pneumonia risk.Methods Using gene sequencing technology detection of mycoplasma pneumonia in children in the SP-A gene rs1059054 site, rs1136452 site and rs1136454 site frequency. Results A comparison of three sites of the gene frequency and al ele frequency was found: rs1136452 gene frequency and al ele frequency showed no significant dif erence in the case group and the control group in (P>0.05); while the rs1059054 and rs1136454 gene frequency and al ele frequency of two compared with significant dif erence (P<0.05).Conclusion Rs1059054 and rs1136454 gene polymorphism may be associated with the susceptibility of mycoplasma pneumonia in children.
