目的为临床皮肤软组织挫擦伤创面选泽适宜的伤口用药物和最佳处理方法并观察其疗效及安全性。方法将我院门急诊皮肤软组织严重挫擦伤的80例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各40例,治疗组用复方黄柏液湿敷,配合TDP烤灯照射;对照组用伤科灵喷雾剂喷雾。观察两组创面疼痛肿胀程度、治愈率、创面愈合时间、不良反应。结果复方黄柏液对伤口创面愈合的有效率大于伤科灵,且愈合时间短、治疗后早期疼痛减轻快,后期肿胀缓解迅速(P<0.05)无不良反应。结论黄柏液湿敷配合TDP烤灯照射更加适用于皮肤软组织严重挫擦伤创面的愈合。

목적위림상피부연조직좌찰상창면선택괄의적상구용약물화최가처리방법병관찰기료효급안전성。방법장아원문급진피부연조직엄중좌찰상적80례환자수궤분위치료조화대조조각40례,치료조용복방황백액습부,배합TDP고등조사;대조조용상과령분무제분무。관찰량조창면동통종창정도、치유솔、창면유합시간、불량반응。결과복방황백액대상구창면유합적유효솔대우상과령,차유합시간단、치료후조기동통감경쾌,후기종창완해신속(P<0.05)무불량반응。결론황백액습부배합TDP고등조사경가괄용우피부연조직엄중좌찰상창면적유합。
Objective To search for the best choice of medicine and treatment methods in the treatment of skin soft tissue contusion,and observe the ef icacy and the safety of compound cortex phel odendri solution in the treatment of skin soft tissue contusion. Methods 80 patients with skin soft tissue contusion were equal y divided into two groups.The treatment gruop were hydropathic compressed with compound cortex phel odendri solution and irradiated by TDP light roast,while the control group were sprayed with trauma relieving spray.Observe the dif erence on influence,ef icacy,healing time and the untoward reaction of the two groups.Results the compound cortex phel odendri solution's wound heal ing ef ection is geater than the trauma relieving spray,and the heal ing time is shorter.Early after treatment, the pain reduce faster and later swel ing relieving more rapidly (P<0.05) with no untoward reaction.Conclusion hydropathic compress with compound cortex phel odendri solution and irradiation by TDP light roast is more suitable for the wound healing of skin soft tissue contusion.
