目的本文对2010年全国学生体质与健康调研广西(简称体质调研)的数据结果进行处理,探讨青少年龋病与生长发育的相关关系。方法采用SPSS18.0统计软件对参加体质调研5954名中小学生的数据进行分析。用描述性方法分析患龋率、龋均、身高、体重、胸围、肺活量的总体情况;用 T检验进行有无龋齿组两样本均数比较;用双变量相关分析方法对个体患龋牙数与身高、体重、胸围、肺活量关系进行分析,以明确有龋和无龋青少年的生长发育状况(身高、体重、胸围、肺活量)是否有差别,患龋情况与生长发育之间是否存在相关关系。探讨青少年龋病对生长发育产生的影响。结果广西青少年患龋率(包括混合牙列)分别为7岁71.25%、9岁73.85%、12岁53.48%、14岁48.38%、17岁51.04%。有无龋齿的两组青少年在14岁年龄组的身高、体重、胸围、肺活量上有区别(P<0.05),7岁,9岁,12岁和17岁年龄组在体重、胸围、肺活量上有区别(P<0.05),无龋组比有龋组的身高、体重、胸围、肺活量在数值上要大;患龋牙数与身高、体重、胸围、肺活量呈负相关关系(r<0,P<0.05)。结论广西青少年患龋牙数与生长发育呈负相关关系。

목적본문대2010년전국학생체질여건강조연엄서(간칭체질조연)적수거결과진행처리,탐토청소년우병여생장발육적상관관계。방법채용SPSS18.0통계연건대삼가체질조연5954명중소학생적수거진행분석。용묘술성방법분석환우솔、우균、신고、체중、흉위、폐활량적총체정황;용 T검험진행유무우치조량양본균수비교;용쌍변량상관분석방법대개체환우아수여신고、체중、흉위、폐활량관계진행분석,이명학유우화무우청소년적생장발육상황(신고、체중、흉위、폐활량)시부유차별,환우정황여생장발육지간시부존재상관관계。탐토청소년우병대생장발육산생적영향。결과엄서청소년환우솔(포괄혼합아렬)분별위7세71.25%、9세73.85%、12세53.48%、14세48.38%、17세51.04%。유무우치적량조청소년재14세년령조적신고、체중、흉위、폐활량상유구별(P<0.05),7세,9세,12세화17세년령조재체중、흉위、폐활량상유구별(P<0.05),무우조비유우조적신고、체중、흉위、폐활량재수치상요대;환우아수여신고、체중、흉위、폐활량정부상관관계(r<0,P<0.05)。결론엄서청소년환우아수여생장발육정부상관관계。
Objective To explore the relationship between dental caries and height, weight and development among adolescents in Guangxi. Methods The data from the "National Survey on Students' Physical Fitness and Health Condition in China"conducted in 2010 was analysed using SPSS18.0. A total of 5,954 subjects was included in the analysis. The relationship between the dental caries and height, weight, bust, vital capacity was tested using t-test and Bivariate Correlation. Results The prevalence of caries was 71%in 7-year-olds, 73%in those aged 9 years-olds, 53%in 12-year-olds, 48%in 14, and 51%in 17-year-olds. Height, weight, bust and vital capacity were significantly higher in children with no caries compared to those with caries (P<0.05). There was a negative correlation between the number of caries teeth and height, weight, bust, vital capacity. Conclusion Being caries free or not was related to height, weight, bust and vital capacity. However, number of teeth with caries experience was negatively correlated to anthropometric measures and development.
