目的医院手术室承担着对患者进行手术和急危重症患者的抢救任务，是感染高发科室之一。是手术患者获得手术部位感染的重要环节，预防与控制手术室医院感染尤为重要。方法调查分析我院手术室医院感染管理现状，制定预防与控制医院感染的对策。结果我院手术室感染管理工作尚不规范，职工的医院感染防范意识、操作规程、洗手依从性、空气和环境监测、手术室区域划分、标识明确醒目、医疗废弃物处理等方面存在一些不足之处。结论必须采取措施，建立健全各项规章制度，并落实规范化管理，才能有效预防与控制手术室医院感染。

Objective The hospital operating room to bear the patients with surgery and the critical patients of the rescue mission, is one of the high incidence of infection department. Is surgery for patients with surgical site infection of the important link, the prevention and control of hospital infection operating room is especial y important. Methods Investigation and analysis of the operating room in our hospital infection management situation, formulate prevention and control countermeasures of hospital infection.Results Our operating room infection management is not standard, the worker's hospital infection prevention consciousness, operating rules, hand washing compliance, air and environmental monitoring, operating room division, marking clearly marked, medical waste processing there are some deficiencies.Conclusion Measures must be taken to establish and improve various rules and regulations, and implement standardized management, can ef ectively prevent and control the operating room hospital infection.
