目的：探讨宫腔纱布填塞治疗剖宫产术中大出血的疗效。方法：采用本院自制的纱布条填塞宫腔。结果：39例剖宫产术中大出血取得满意效果，无一例切除子宫。结论；宫腔纱布填塞易掌握，值得基层产科医师参考。

목적：탐토궁강사포전새치료부궁산술중대출혈적료효。방법：채용본원자제적사포조전새궁강。결과：39례부궁산술중대출혈취득만의효과，무일례절제자궁。결론；궁강사포전새역장악，치득기층산과의사삼고。
Objective To investigate the ef ect of intrauterine packing with gauze treatment of hemorrhage in cesarean section. Methods ribbon gauze packing in uterine cavity by using the self-made. Results 39 cases of hemorrhage in cesarean section with satisfactory results, with no removal of the uterus. Conclusion intrauterine packing with gauze is easy to grasp, it is the primary obstetrician reference.
