目的分析数字化乳腺X线对乳腺癌的影像诊断价值。方法回顾260例经手术病理证实的乳腺癌的数字化乳腺 X线征象。结果数字化乳腺X线对肿块、恶性钙化、皮肤增厚、乳头内陷、局部腺体结构紊乱等征象有助于乳腺癌的诊断。结论数字化乳腺X线对乳腺癌诊断有着重要意义。
목적분석수자화유선X선대유선암적영상진단개치。방법회고260례경수술병리증실적유선암적수자화유선 X선정상。결과수자화유선X선대종괴、악성개화、피부증후、유두내함、국부선체결구문란등정상유조우유선암적진단。결론수자화유선X선대유선암진단유착중요의의。
Objective To analyse the signs of breast cancer with digital mammography.Methods Digital mammography date of 260 cases of breast cancer confirmed by operation and pathology were analyzed.Results Digital mammography is very valuable to a diagnosis of breast cancer with al signs (mass,malignant calcification,skin thickening,nipple retraction,local breast structure disorder).Conclusion Digital mammography is very important to breast cancer diagnosis.
