目的：探讨以奥美拉唑为主的三联疗法治疗小儿消化性溃疡的临床疗效。方法：选择120例消化性溃疡的患儿，按不同治疗方法分为观察组与对照组，每组60例。观察组采用奥美拉唑＋阿莫西林＋克拉霉素三联疗法，对照组采用雷尼替丁＋阿莫西林＋克拉霉素三联疗法，比较两组患儿治疗1个月后的临床效果。结果：观察组患儿愈合率及总有效率分别达88．3％及98．3％，明显较对照组高（P＜0．05）。观察组HP根除率为91．6％，明显较对照组（63．3％）高（P＜0．05），而观察组复发率为3．3％，较对照组（8．3％）低（P＜0．05）。两组患儿用药后不良反应无显著性差异（P＞0．05）。结论：以奥美拉唑为主的三联疗法治疗小儿消化性溃疡安全有效，HP根除明显，治愈率高，复发率低，可作为小儿消化性溃疡的首选治疗方案。

목적：탐토이오미랍서위주적삼련요법치료소인소화성궤양적림상료효。방법：선택120례소화성궤양적환인，안불동치료방법분위관찰조여대조조，매조60례。관찰조채용오미랍서＋아막서림＋극랍매소삼련요법，대조조채용뢰니체정＋아막서림＋극랍매소삼련요법，비교량조환인치료1개월후적림상효과。결과：관찰조환인유합솔급총유효솔분별체88．3％급98．3％，명현교대조조고（P＜0．05）。관찰조HP근제솔위91．6％，명현교대조조（63．3％）고（P＜0．05），이관찰조복발솔위3．3％，교대조조（8．3％）저（P＜0．05）。량조환인용약후불량반응무현저성차이（P＞0．05）。결론：이오미랍서위주적삼련요법치료소인소화성궤양안전유효，HP근제명현，치유솔고，복발솔저，가작위소인소화성궤양적수선치료방안。
Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of triple therapy in children with peptic ulcer treated with omeprazole based .Methods :120 cases of peptic ulcer in children during February 2010 ~ January 2013 in our hospital ,according to the different treatment methods were divided into experimental group and control group with 60 cases in each group ,the experimental group with triple therapy with omeprazole + amoxicillin + clarithro-mycin ,were treated by ranitidine + amoxicillin + clarithromycin triple therapy ,the clinical effects of two groups were compared the treatment after 1 months .Results :Children in the experimental group ,the healing rate and total effective rate reached 88 .3% and 98 .3% respectively ,significantly higher than the control group ,the difference had statistical significance (P<0 .05) .The experimental group Hp eradication rate was 91 .6% compared with the con-trol group of 63 .3% high ,while the experimental group the recurrence rate of 3 .3% compared with the control group of 8 .3% low ,difference had statistical was statistically significant (P<0 .05) .No significant differences in adverse reactions of the two groups of patients after treatment (P < 0 .05) .Conclusion:Omeprazole based triple therapy in the treatment of peptic ulcer in children is safe and effective ,HP eradication obviously ,high cure rate , low recurrence rate ,can be used as the preferred treatment of peptic ulcer in children .
