采用变频调速加变极调速双重调速原理,利用变频器控制双速电机运转实现较宽范围的速度调节。在保证正常低速焊接的前提下,使管桩钢筋骨架滚焊机中的牵拉小车在卸料后能迅速返回,在人工穿筋结束前返回到位,避免人工等待时间,提高生产效率。
