以蜘蛛式高空作业平台为研究对象,在AMESim环境下对其底盘液压系统进行建模、仿真,利用支腿液压系统的流量、位移等曲线分析了底盘调平的动态过程。仿真结果证明所建模型及复杂工况下该调平方法的合理性,为类似机械液控支腿调平的分析与设计提供了参考。

With the spider-type aerial work platform as a study object , modeling and simulation are performed for the Chassis hydraulic system under AMESim state.The dynamic process of chassis leveling is analyzed based on flow and dis-placement curves , etc.of outrigger hydraulic system.The simulation result indicates reasonability of the model and the lev-eling method under complex working conditions , which provides reference for analysis and design of hydraulic outrigger lev -eling of similar machineries.
