运用结构动力学理论,从桥式起重机起升过程的特征出发,将其简化为5质量6自由度动力学系统,按照起升运动的不同阶段,分别建立系统动力学微分方程,并利用Matlab/Simulink仿真工具构建了起升过程的仿真模型,研究了货物起升、下降制动过程中的起升系统动力学特性,并对影响起重机起升动载系数的因素进行了研究分析。

Through structural dynamic theory and considering the feature of the hoisting process , the hoisting system of overhead crane is simplified into 5-mass 6-degree of freedom dynamic system , with the differential equation of system dy-namics built respectively subject to different stages of hoisting movement.The simulation model for hoisting process is built by Matlab/Simulink simulation tool , with research on the hoisting dynamic characteristic during cargo lifting and declining brake process , and on matters affecting crane's hoisting dynamic load factor.
