托管架是海洋管道铺设的重要辅助设备之一，其主要通过驱动调整绞车来收放钢丝绳，从而起到管道在下水过程中控制管道在托管架上的曲率的作用。以深水铺管船托管架的调整绞车为研究对象，从调整绞车总体、液压系统、电控系统等方面的设计进行了探讨。

The stinger is one of important auxiliary devices for pipe laying in the ocean , which is mainly for receiving and releasing wire rope through driving of winch , in order to control the curvature of pipe line on the stinger when the pipe is entering into the water.The paper discusses the design of winch assembly , hydraulic system , and electric control sys-tem, etc., with the winch of stinger of deep-water pipe-laying ship as a study object.
