环形支架由不同厚度的板材焊接而成,在排土机中承载上部回转机构、排料臂和受料臂的大部分重力,是排土机结构中的重要支撑部件。本文对环形支架的结构和受力进行分析;在SolidWorks中建立结构的模型,利用有限元分析模块Simulation对结构进行线性静态分析,获得了结构的应力、应变以及安全系数的图解,为环形支架安全性的校核以及设计板材时焊缝的合理布置提供了重要的参考,对结构的优化设计具有重要的指导意义。

The ring support is welded with plates in different thicknesses , bearing a large majority of weight of the upper swing mechanism , discharge arm , and receiving arm of the dumping plough , which is an important supporting part of its structure.The paper analyzes the structure and stress of the ring support , with corresponding model built in Solid-Works.Linear static analysis is performed for its structure by finite element analysis module-Simulation, to figure out the il-lustration of stress , strain, and safety factor , providing important reference safety check of the ring support and reasonable layout of welding during plate design , which shows significant guidance for optimal design of the structure.
