卷带装置是可伸缩带式输送机的关键装置,为研究其工作过程中的应力应变特性,采用有限元分析软件Ansys对神华新街台格庙矿区一号井掘进所采用的卷带装置进行了分析,在此基础上对卷带装置的重要零件心轴进行了结构优化设计。结果表明,所设计的卷带装置工作过程中的应力、应变值在许用范围内,最危险区域安全系数也大于2,完全能满足使用要求;优化后的心轴结构尺寸减小了20%左右,但力学特性仍能满足使用要求。研究结果为整个卷带装置的进一步优化设计提供了理论参考。

Winding device is important to the extension-type belt conveyer.To study the stress-strain characteristics during working process , the finite element analysis software Ansys is adopted for analysis of the winding device used for tunneling of No.1 well in the Taigemiao mine lot at Shenhua Xin Street , with structural optimal design for mandrels of key parts of the winding device.The result shows that the safety factor is higher than 2 in most dangerous areas in case the stress and strain values are within the allowable scope during working of the designed winding device , which can totally meet the use requirement; the optimized mandrel size reduces by 20% or so, but the mechanics property is still qualified.The a-bove-mentioned study result can provide theoretical reference for further optimal design .
