针对海洋工程装备项目工序复杂繁琐、项目进度监控难以实现的现状,进行了基于Web的海洋工程装备项目进度监控系统的方案设计。依据面向对象分析和面向对象设计技术,采用B/S模式和J2EE体系标准两者相结合的方法,构建海洋工程装备项目进度监控系统的体系结构与功能结构,并给出海洋工程装备项目进度监控系统的界面设计,以达到为海洋工程装备项目进度监控提供理论依据及系统参考的目的。该系统结合实际工装流程,具有较高完整性和可实现性,能够协助管理者实时掌握建造进度,及时处理突发事件及问题,提高企业的进度监控管理效率。
針對海洋工程裝備項目工序複雜繁瑣、項目進度鑑控難以實現的現狀,進行瞭基于Web的海洋工程裝備項目進度鑑控繫統的方案設計。依據麵嚮對象分析和麵嚮對象設計技術,採用B/S模式和J2EE體繫標準兩者相結閤的方法,構建海洋工程裝備項目進度鑑控繫統的體繫結構與功能結構,併給齣海洋工程裝備項目進度鑑控繫統的界麵設計,以達到為海洋工程裝備項目進度鑑控提供理論依據及繫統參攷的目的。該繫統結閤實際工裝流程,具有較高完整性和可實現性,能夠協助管理者實時掌握建造進度,及時處理突髮事件及問題,提高企業的進度鑑控管理效率。

The process of offshore equipment project is complicated, and it is hard to monitor and control the pro-gress of the project, Aiming at this issue, a WEB-based progress monitoring system design scheme for offshore e-quipment projects is proposed for this study. Based on object-oriented analysis-oriented design techniques, the au-thors combine B/S mode and J2EE system standard to construct progress monitoring system architecture and func-tional structure for offshore equipment projects, give the interface design of the process monitoring system in the off-shore equipment project, so as to achieve the purpose of providing a theoretical basis and systematic reference for offshore equipment progress monitoring. The system combines the actual tooling process, with high integrity and a-chievable, which help managers in real-time progress of construction to control construction progress, deal with e-mergencies and problems in a timely manner, and increase progress monitoring and management efficiency.
