上市后中国农业银行服务“三农”绩效下降的主要表现为，中国农业银行的涉农贷款投放比例下降，对农户的信贷服务不足，县域吸收的存款的相当比例没有用于发放县域贷款。而上市后中国农业银行服务“三农”绩效下降的主要原因是县域金融业务的成本和不良贷款率偏高，而盈利水平偏低。文章针对以上问题和原因提出相应的政策建议。

After listed on the stock exchange,the performance of new rural financial service of the Agricultural Bank of China has declined. The proportion of the agriculture-related loans of the ABC is going down. The credit services to farmers are lack. A considerable proportion of the county deposits are not used to pay the county loans. The main reasons causing the declined performance of new rural financial service of the ABC include the high county financial business costs and non-performing loan ratio,and low profitability. To solve the above problems and causes,we put forward some policy suggestions.
