文章从技术溢出效应角度探讨了不同的FDI来源及其利用方式影响工业企业技术效率的作用机理。利用2008年我国的经济普查数据，应用随机前沿分析方法，在引入企业年龄、代理成本与财务杠杆等控制变量的前提下，较系统地实证分析了外商直接投资来源地结构及其利用形式对我国工业企业技术效率的影响。研究结果表明：第一，相对而言，来源于港澳台的外资较来源于非港澳台的外资更能够促进我国工业企业技术效率提升；第二，在利用外资的形式方面，外资控股但非独资这种形式最有利于企业技术效率提升。这与FDI来源及其利用方式不同，对内资企业带来技术溢出效应不同的机理相吻合。

This paper discusses the impact mechanism of FDI source and utilization mode to the industry enterprise technical efficiency from the perspective of the technology spillover effects. Based on the economic census data in 2008,the authors use the method of SFA to analyze empirically the impact of FDI source and utilization mode to the industrial enterprises’ technical efficiency in Chinese manufacturing with controlling the factors such as enterprises’ age, agent cost and financial leverage , and so on. Our empirical results show that:Firstly, compared with the FDI from other regions, the FDI from Chinese Hong-kong, Macao and Taiwan will be relatively helpful to promote technical efficiency of industrial enterprises. Secondly, as for the organizational forms of FDI,the non-wholly owned foreign holding companies can relatively promote significantly the enter-prises’ technical efficiency. It is coincided with the mechanism that the different FDI source and utilization mode has different technology spillover effect on domestic enterprises.
