研究经济增长差异和要素空间效应对蓝色经济区的协调发展有非常重要的作用。文章采用空间计量、随机森林和空间滞后模型，分析蓝色经济区内各市经济增长及要素的空间效应，结合区域矩阵和经济矩阵对蓝色经济区发展的相关性和协调性进行分析，实证结果发现：物质资本增长是蓝色经济增长的主要动力因素，且经济增长具有较为显著的空间相关性，在经济增长的源泉中，物质资本积累与效率改善控制经济增长的方向，导致区域经济增长趋同，而人力资本和技术进步使得经济增长趋异。

The analysis of differences in economic growth and elements of spatial effects is very important to the coordinated de-velopment of blue economic circle. This paper takes space measurement, random forest and spatial lag model method to ana-lyze the city economic growth and element spatial effect in blue economic circle,and uses regional matrix and economic matrix to analyze the correlation and coordination of the development in blue economic circle. The study shows that physical capital growth is the main power source to the regional development,and economic growth has a significant spatial correlation,in the source of economic growth, physical capital accumulation and efficiency control the direction of economic growth, leading to the convergence of regional economic growth,and human capital and technological progress leading to the divergence.
